A balanced package, perfect for experienced or low-stress parents-to-be
- Free initial consultation
- Unlimited phone and email conversation as needed throughout your pregnancy

- Transformational Birth Coaching session on Zoom –set goals/address personal issues
- TENS unit – given to you at prenatal home visit for use in labor
- 2 pre-natal sessions:

Regardless of which doula package you choose, you can have peace of mind knowing that my experience & knowledge allows me to offer what you will need throughout your pregnancy, labor, birth and immediate postpartum time to bring comfort and ease to your child birth process.
Create your own custom package
As a doula client you are welcome to add additional massages, Focusing sessions, CranioSacral treatments, and all other services to your package as needed or desired throughout your pregnancy or postpartum; by doing so you can have the support that will best suit your unique needs. Current doula clients receive 10% discounts on a la carte services you choose to add to any package.
