I believe birth is sacred, worthy of reverence and respect.
I am honored to accompany people on their journey of motherhood, to be present as a new child is welcomed into our world. I am willing to be available during the complex and demanding dance of labor. I am there to offer you physical, informational, and emotional support as needed; or to simply reflect your strength and capacity. Birth is a time of transformation for each woman, her partner and her baby. I am consciously present, equipped with my expertise and knowledge to respond to the unfolding experience.
It has been my privilege to have greeted over 600 (as of 03/2019) babies as they were born. I would consider it an honor to be present as you birth your child as well.
